Key Requirements
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation or migration.
Background in the banking or financial services industry preferred.
Exposure to credit/loan origination systems and credit decision management.
Understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle (application to post-approval).
Familiar with credit and risk policies, decisioning models, and technical implementation.
Technical & Project Experience
5–8 years in IT project management; 3+ years in Microsoft project delivery.
Proven success in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Skilled in stakeholder, risk, budget, and resource management.
Broad understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and change management.
Basic exposure to business analysis, vendor, and quality management.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PMP/PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
