Responsibility:
Support Pre-Sales Activities.Collaborate closely with the sales team by addressing technical inquiries, assisting in solution design, and ensuring customer requirements are fully understood.
Deliver Professional Technical Support.Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers, both remotely and on-site, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system reliability.
Conduct Product Testing & Evaluation.Perform hands-on testing of surveillance products to gain a deep understanding of features, compatibility, and performance, contributing to better support and recommendations.
Provide Technical Training.Develop and deliver structured training sessions for both internal staff and external customers, enhancing product knowledge and technical competence.
Execute Post-Sales Support.Manage after-sales technical responsibilities including system troubleshooting, diagnostics, warranty claims, and liaising with product principals when necessary.
