Position Overview
This role sits within the GTOS function and focuses on supporting the rollout of a next-generation Terminal Operating System (TOS).
You will contribute to solution design, configuration, integration, and technical enablement of the platform, progressively expanding into architectural responsibilities.
Serving as a connector between operations, IT, and technology partners, you will play a direct role in ensuring successful deployment and long-term stability of the system.
Core Duties
- Participate in the configuration, deployment, and integration of TOS solutions.
- Work on system linkages with third-party applications.
- Develop documentation, workflows, and technical guidelines.
- Assist with test planning, execution, and resolution of defects.
- Provide technical support during rollout and stabilization phases.
- Engage in technical forums with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to architectural discussions under senior mentorship.
- Collaborate with managers to plan and execute deliverables.
Background Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional IT experience, ideally with exposure to application architecture and solution design.
- Knowledge of platforms, frameworks, and design models to translate into practical solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional and outsourced team setups.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of application environments across servers, clients, mobile, and embedded systems.
- Practical exposure to design patterns and coding.
