**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in the enterprise technology environment.
+ 8 years of experience in building and scaling a new business vertical, practice area, or product line in a customer-facing capacity.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience in one of the following: Web3 (e.g., blockchain infrastructure, decentralized applications), Life Sciences (e.g., computational biology, genomics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in drug discovery), or Robotics (e.g., autonomous systems, simulation).
+ Experience in developing and executing business and technology strategies for emerging technologies.
+ Knowledge of the business and technology tests related to public cloud adoption.
+ Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships and collaborate at an executive level.
+ Ability to operate in an ambiguous and entrepreneurial environment with building new initiatives.

As the Technical Lead, New Frontiers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will be the entrepreneurial leader responsible for setting the mission and technology strategy to incubate Google Cloud's businesses.
You will lead an executive team of technical specialists focused on Web3, Life Sciences, and Robotics guiding them to establish Google Cloud as the platform of choice.
You will be part of the APAC Technology and architecture organization, working with account teams and business leadership to drive solution adoption, build lighthouse customer references, and develop technology-led motions necessary for success.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead, mentor, and grow a team of executive technical specialists across the Web3, Life Sciences, and Robotics domains.
+ Develop and execute the overall technology and market strategy for each New Frontier vertical in APAC including identifying goal markets, defining value propositions, and building a pipeline.
+ Engage with C-level executives and technical leaders and customers to advocate Google Cloud's goals and drive outcomes in each frontier.
+ Establish relationships with Google Cloud account teams, business leadership, professional services, product management, and engineering to build business and technology go-to-market engine.
+ Drive initiatives that coach and enable the Google Cloud specialist and business teams on the solutions, narratives, and participants differentiators for each new vertical.
