Job description

We are looking for a Technical Leader with deep expertise in techno-functional (IBM ESB, Mulesoft SOA and Global Payments Infrastructures) and strategic aspects of project management to drive the execution of high-stakes IT projects.

This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of project coordination, and proficiency in managing complex requirements, tight deadlines, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on resource optimization, vendor partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strategic Alignment: Developing and implementing project strategies that ensure middleware solutions align with organizational goals and business requirements.

  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Tracking the progress of middleware integration projects, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks related to middleware integration, including potential technical issues and project dependencies.

  • Ensure seamless operations by developing clear project plans, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining compliance.

  • Oversee every phase of critical projects, including planning, resource management, vendor selection, server setup, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

  • Manage simultaneous projects with overlapping timelines, ensuring alignment with both immediate goals and long-term business priorities.

  • Lead integration efforts with external partners, ensuring reliable data and system integration that supports the organization's infrastructure.

  • Spearhead project planning with a focus on resource and budget optimization, monitoring KPIs, timelines, and compliance.

  • Chair Project Working Group (PWG) and Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings, providing regular updates on progress, financials, and risk.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to generate project status reports, highlight potential flaws, and provide insights to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering related studies.

  • 15 to 20 years' total work experience with recent 5+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Lead.

    Strong leadership skills to guide project teams and excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.

  • At least 3 years' experience with IBM ESB, Mulesoft SOA, API, MS Project, and ARIS application process design, with proven knowledge in cloud computing and virtual machine setup.

  • Latest experience in Global Payments Infrastructures projects.

  • Strong project planning, process optimization, resource management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and tools, particularly those used in software and IT environments.

  • Effective communicator with advanced stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, especially in complex and high-stakes environments
