Job Title: Technical Product Support Specialist
Seeking an experienced professional to provide expert technical support and assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales inquiries and product information
- Conduct thorough testing of CCTV products to enhance product understanding
- Deliver training sessions to internal staff and customers on our products and services
- Ensure seamless after-sales support by troubleshooting and handling warranty claims
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent team player, fast learner, and able to work independently
- Working experience in CCTV, Door Access, and Solar products is highly advantageous
Work Environment:
- Standard 5-day workweek (9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri)
- Office location: Bukit Batok
