Job Description Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, focusing on C#/.NET applications and CRM solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into technical solutions.
Oversee solution design, development, and deployment activities with internal developers and/or vendors.
Ensure CRM/C# Applications customizations, integrations, and workflows meet business needs.
Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and risks; provide timely updates to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and support teams.
Lead UAT planning, issue resolution, and change management processes.
Manage technical documentation and ensure system compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant Proven experience in project management of C#/.NET applications.
2-5 years of knowledge in handling CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong experience managing technical teams and external vendors.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Background in software development or technical business analysis.
