The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team during this growth phase.
This role is critical in managing both permanent placements and contract staffing services , ensuring we deliver high-quality recruitment solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build strong talent pipelines for IT, banking, and corporate roles.
- Partner with client hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Engage passive candidates with creative sourcing strategies.
Client & Candidate Management
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Support placed candidates through regular follow-ups.
Contract Staffing & Workforce Solutions
- Manage onboarding, renewals, and compliance for contract staff.
- Work with HR/payroll teams to ensure smooth contract administration.
- Support client workforce planning for temporary and contingent staffing.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Align recruitment strategies with client expectations and business goals.
- Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to optimize recruitment delivery.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships when needed.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and market insights.
Process Optimization & Compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws (MOM, TAFEP, TADM).
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in agency or in-house (focus on IT, banking, or corporate roles preferred).
Fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Familiarity with Singapore labor regulations.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS).
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, data-driven approach to hiring.
