Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Representative to join our Swimming Pool Equipment & Repair Division.
The ideal candidate will provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for swimming pool equipment, including robotic pool cleaners and chemical analyser systems.
No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment:
- Robotic cleaners, pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems
- Perform calibration and basic configuration of chemical analyser systems
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at work sites
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma and above
- Experience: Not required – we provide full hands-on training
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 20 kg)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple jobs
- Must be able to drive
