Responsibilities:
- Professionally and effectively apply sales techniques to achieve targeted sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to specifications, quality, or delivery; escalate to management or suppliers when necessary
- Maintain regular contact with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals; monitor, coordinate, and report proposal progress in weekly sales meetings
- Develop new customer accounts and expand market share within existing client base
- Conduct product training sessions and technical presentations to clients
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- A team player with strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and committed to results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Industry knowledge in water treatment or pumps is a strong advantage
