About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our client’s growing team.
This role supports the sales function through technical expertise, customer demonstrations, installations, training, and after-sales service across the region.
Responsibilities
Assist in selling standard or customized technical solutions.
Provide online, remote, and on-site demonstrations, testing, installation, and training for supported solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team on sales activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, prospecting, and customer follow-up.
Submit weekly reports on customer needs, competition, and market standards to support business positioning and market development.
Maintain a high level of technical and product knowledge by attending training courses.
Monitor and report on market demand and application changes.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Engineering, Electromechanical, or Optical Engineering (dual technical and business background preferred).
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in supporting industrial equipment (ideally CNC and/or laser technology).
Strong interest and motivation in technology and new marketing methods.
Willingness to travel and provide on-site support when required.
Proficient in IT tools (Windows, Word, Excel, CRM software) and CAD/CAM software.
