Duties:
To be customer's main point of contact with regards to enquiries, new orders, complaints, etc
Processing of order entry and attending to customer's requirements
Coordinate job schedule
Input sales data / sales order into ERP System
Communicate with customers regarding order status & delivery status
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
Ensure On-Time-Delivery of parts to customers are met
Prepare quotation
Other duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or any other related fields of study
Strong communication skills
Meticulous and Detailed Oriented
