Core Responsibilities and Tasks
Configure solutions based on customer specifications and requirements.
Provide technical support to sales during the proposal phase by assessing technical information, identifying products & solutions that fulfill customer needs, and interfacing with customers and subcontractors.
Prepare proposals and costing sheets of integrated solutions for SGI sales team using both Xylem and third‐party products and technologies; request quotations from selected subcontractors or suppliers and pre‐negotiate received quotes.
Compile all relevant technical documents for tender submission.
Develop engineering documents, including Block Flow Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID, general arrangement drawings, equipment, instrument and valve specifications, control philosophy, etc.
during project execution stage.
Assist testing and commissioning activities together with the project team.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Well versed in various process and equipment design and calculations for UPW, DI Water, process water and wastewater treatment processes and technologies, such as MMF, ACF, Softener, RO, UV, EDI, chemical and biological wastewater treatment processes.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a process/application engineer role in water treatment industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to get things done.

Inquisitive, solution oriented, can‐do attitude.
Closely follow up on new technologies; technologically deep and detail oriented.
