Job Description
Perform the role as a Parts Sales Manager
Engage customers on spares parts matters
Collaborate with supporting functions across Business Units to fulfil customers on spares requirement
Monitor and manage spares dues-out and ensure timely spares fulfilment and provisioning of spares parts
Develop and implement strategies to achieve contractual and performance targets
Build and maintain Customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Degree in any engineering field
Field experience and knowledge in military vehicles will be an added advantage
Good organization, communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross functionally across departments
Proficiency in MS office suite (excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
