Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for their products and partner semiconductor materials across Southeast Asia.
- Lead technical discussions, material qualifications, and manage long sales cycles.
- Provide frontline technical support and liaise with application engineering teams.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitors, and relay customer feedback.
Support pricing, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
Revenue growth and increased share in strategic accounts.
- Successful qualifications and design wins.
- Robust pipeline aligned with semiconductor trends.
- Strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Effective collaboration with product, R&D, and supply chain teams.
Collaborative, innovative, and ethically driven.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable to both corporate and startup environments.
- Willing to travel 30–50% regionally.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic materials industry.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments, IC packaging, wafer-level processes, or backend assembly and complete processes is a strong advantage.
