Job Description
Drive sales and business development for Dow’s and other semiconductor materials across Southeast Asia (or specified region).
Identify and develop new business opportunities within IDM, OSAT, and Tier-1 accounts.
Provide front-line technical support and coordinate with application engineering teams.
Lead technical discussions, qualification cycles, and manage long sales pipelines.
Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Science, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic materials industry.
Familiarity with cleanroom environments, IC packaging, wafer-level processes, or backend assembly and complete processes is a strong advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is a plus to effectively communicate with clients.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving market with complex technical challenges.
Willingness to travel across the region.
