As a Technical Security Consultant (Post-Sales) , you'll be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers and channel partners.
You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain network security solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct technical workshops, knowledge transfers, and handovers to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security compliance.
Support upgrade, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales engineering for leading or emerging cybersecurity products .
- Strong understanding of network security technologies , including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms .
