Our client is a well-established Japanese manufacturer specializing in lighting products for a variety of industries.
They are currently seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical consultation.
This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the global technical team—particularly through close collaboration with the headquarters in Japan.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Japan headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients
- Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Able to work independently while seeking guidance when needed
- Patient, flexible, and demonstrates a professional attitude
- Willing to attend client sites in case of emergencies
- Experienced in troubleshooting and maintaining large machinery
- Available to join immediately
(Advantageous)
- Experience in the semiconductor, printed circuit board, or packaging substrate industries
