As part of the Technical Service Delivery Team, the role serves as a frontline service professional that involves;
Participates in project implementation in the supporting role.
Such as performing on-site survey, requirements gathering and work as a proxy between the client and the participating project managers, consultants and software development team during the system life cycle.
Provides technical configuration, test and commissioning of Robots and IoTs devices
Conducts basic and general end-user training
Provide preventive maintenance and technical support to systems that are deployed as well as handling technical service request/feedback from clients.
Ensure that all requests/feedbacks received adhere to internal service SOP and each support tickets are closed on a timely manner
Key Requirements
Passionate in current and evolving technologies such as Internet of Things (IoTs) / Robots / Gadgets
Good customer service attitude
Good team player with a positive attitude towards problem solving
Good IT networking foundation shall be an advantage but not a mandatory skillset
Class 3A/3 driving license or possess own means of transport
