- Manage the presales, post-sales, and maintenance teams by setting goals and guiding their work.
- Plan resources and use tools to help the team work better and stay updated with new trends.
- Make sure customer solutions are set up well, solve issues quickly, and build strong client relationships.
- Encourage teamwork, new ideas, and ongoing improvements in how the team works.
Requirements:
- Certified in cybersecurity or networking, such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, or CCIE.
- Degree in Cybersecurity/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and network performance , including 3 years in a leadership role managing presales, post-sales, and maintenance teams within a technical support environment.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP ) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN )
