Job Responsibilities:
You will need to be hands-on and engage with the following activities:
Provide professional and sound consultation and coaching to customers and/or channel partners pertaining to product features and solutions.
Undertake all aspects of project implementation, customization development to meet the client requirements, and post implementation support of our product solutions.
Deliver an exceptional client experience addressing issues; answering incoming inquiries, effectively applying problem solving techniques, and following issues through to their successful resolution ensuring high-quality 1st-level or 2nd-level client support which could be on around-the-clock or ad-hoc basis.
Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments such as Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related discipline.
1-2 years of working experience with good hands-on experience in software application development, implementation and support
Experience with at least one of the followings would be preferable:
-Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL languages
-RESTful APIs/Web Services and JSON data format
-Unix and Windows operating systems
-Apache Server, or its variants
-Tomcat, JBoss Web Server, JBoss EAP, Oracle WebLogic, or IBM WebSphere web container
-Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Derby database software
-Active Directory or other directory services
-Application Security
- Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Experience with at least one of the followings would be advantageous:
Good client management, organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills is desirable
Resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
Overseas exposure for project assignment is a plus
