Technical Site Support Executive – Basic up till S$ 4,800 + Transport Allowance + Petrol Card + Mobile Reimbursement S$ 120 + Performance Bonus + Other Incentives
Working Location: Sungei Kadut (Kranji)
Working Days & Time: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance, pre-sales product demonstrations and site mock-up, application training & presentation to customers, colleagues as required
Report all product performance or installation related issues, either on site or during development to the Technical Manager, particularly where it may have an impact on the installation warranties
Conduct internal/external testing of materials
Fabricate product prototypes/sample boards for customers, intra-department needs
Troubleshoot and resolve any product or application problems on site immediately and/or coordinate with relevant departments for immediate remedial actions
Prepare reports and correspond with customers on product complaints, technical or application issues
Organize a routine site inspection, post-installation inspections and submit weekly report (site visits and issues faced at site) to Technical Manager on weekly basis
Assist and join-call in promotional activities, including training, exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, etc.
to enhance the brand names of Laticrete’s products
Requirements
Candidates with prior experience on construction sites are preferred.
Training will be provided upon confirmation of employment
Possess own transportation as job nature requires frequent site visitations
