We are seeking an experienced Technical Skills Development Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Technical Trainers to ensure excellence in technical skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Define, develop, and implement a Training development strategy along with a Recruitment and Selection strategy.
- Technical Management: Ensure all employees have an effective orientation into the company and ensure all employees have the opportunity to develop required skills by advocating training and education across the campus.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement training strategies
- Knowledge of HRIS, Recruitment, Compensation, and Compliance
