Technical Support Engineer - L1
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Ubi
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support and assist customers in troubleshooting issues.
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 problems, escalate complex cases (L2) when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Document support cases with detailed actions and solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles to enhance self-service resources.
- Administer and support AWS, Azure, and Linux systems, including patching.
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts proactively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- Familiar with AWS / Azure Cloud Services
- Knowledge in Linux & Windows operating systems
- Good teamwork
