Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users, answer user's questions of both hardware and software issues.
- Prepare technical report on support issues, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Maintain and support IT equipment (e.g. laptops, desktops, printer, network switch and etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum certification in IT or equivalent field with 1-5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in deploying of network devices.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Possess class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
