We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our APAC team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment—providing hands-on support in the field and delivering expert-level technical assistance remotely.
You will be the go-to expert for our digital navigation products, charts, and publications, supporting customers via phone, email, and remote tools.
Your field visits will involve installations, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring our clients get the most out of our solutions.
The location of this position is Pandan Crescent in Singapore.
