Expectations from the role:
Set up the training program and modules from scratch for recruitment lifecycle, immigrations laws, compliances and Technology. Establish a method to evaluate the training program. Create an induction program which provides the overview of U3- People, culture and Business, Technical skills and services. Set base for an official IT training schedule for new internal joiners(Recruiters) ,new consultants(Working for client) and Sales. Integrate U3 training program with upcoming technology patterns. Create SOP, best practices and training modules for IT Specific tools and concepts. Create different technical IT modules as per service needs of clients in Singapore. Set up seminars and other events to get the team up with the current Technology trends in market. Create performance improvements plans aligned with targets for all teams. Create Training material as per recruitment specific IT needs. Set up Voice and accent and written training modules.
