Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manual cleaning for the components.
- Perform part inspection IAW Component Maintenance Manuals and engineering instructions to determine the serviceability of parts
- Raise spare requisition for out-house processes.
- Perform receiving inspection for out-house processes part.
- Raise spare requisition to Purchase spares including standard replacement, bushings and conditional scrape parts.
- Manage the scape parts.
- Ensure that the quality level of the repair and overhaul meets the specifications.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety and compliance procedures.
- Perform regular checks on equipment and maintain them in good condition.
- Active participation in 5S program and continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in problem solving
- Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Able to read blueprints, drawings or engineering information to determine the inspection criteria
- Able to apply math and use measuring instruments.
E.g. micrometers, calipers etc.
- Highly accurate and detailed along with precision needed to accomplish the role.
- Good and consistent attendance at work.
- Observe good punctuality during working hours.
- Disciplined and self-motivated with emphasis on quality work.
Doing the first time right attitude
Professional Experience:
- 3 - 5 years' experience in disassembly or part inspection in aerospace industry or equivalent experience
