Attend to work orders allocated by Maintenance Engineers.
Analyse process parameters, alarms and information / drawings to diagnose and trouble shoot equipment problems.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Perform unit functional test for re-commissioning of overhaul units.
Lead in the repair or replacement defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
Assess spare part requirements and raise purchases, record parts and materials used and review tender quotations.
Coordinate logistic arrangement for all maintenance activities.
Maintain a safe and orderly work area by practicing organised housekeeping.
Preparation of weekly activity reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Nitec / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably possesses 3 years' experience in Engineering or related field.
Self-driven, with good working attitude and a good team player.
Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.
