Responsibilities
Participate in the development and maintenance of core system services, helping to build high-concurrency, highly-available, and scalable services.
Optimize service code, adjust infrastructure, and improve data storage to enhance performance and stability.
Assist in implementing service deployment architectures, supporting load balancing and node management to ensure a seamless experience for global players.
Understand business requirements and implement customized functional modules under guidance.
Participate in the maintenance and iterative development of existing systems, learning modular and microservices design concepts.
Gain familiarity with big data fundamentals and assist in processing user behavior logs to support basic business analysis needs.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
Programming Languages: Proficient in Go or Python, with hands-on project development experience.
Databases: Proficient in basic design and development of relational databases such as MySQL, with knowledge of SQL optimization; familiar with core use cases and basic operations of NoSQL databases such as Redis.
System Design: Understanding of high-concurrency, distributed system concepts (e.g., microservices, message queues, asynchronous processing, caching); basic awareness of performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Containerization & Deployment: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), understanding core concepts (Deployment, Service) and basic operational tasks (deployment, scaling).
Operating Systems & Networking: Proficiency with Linux commands; knowledge of TCP/IP, and DNS.
Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility for system stability; good learning ability, communication, and collaboration; proficiency in Chinese required for daily communication with stakeholders in China.
