Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technology project delivery, ensuring solutions meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Oversee technical implementation, production cutover, and post-implementation support across cross-functional teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while providing Level 3 technical support when required.
- Collaborate with architects, security, and suppliers to ensure designs meet enterprise, security, and compliance standards.
- Drive and monitor testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance, and security) to achieve successful and secure deployments.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, provide effort estimates, and manage RFQ/RFI processes and vendor engagements.
- Control project financials, track progress, and deliver regular updates with appropriate documentation and escalation of issues.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing or a related discipline, with at least 7 years' experience in technology program or project management.
- Proven expertise in project management, business analysis, and business process re-engineering within dynamic environments.
- Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes, including specification, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and finalization.
- Skilled in client management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination with strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, and experienced with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in implementing cloud (including GCP), infrastructure/network, endpoint/workplace technology, or identity management solutions in financial services is advantageous.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of multi-tasking while managing multiple projects under pressure with excellent time management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail and clear communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
