Why the Developer Graduate Programme?
As a Developer, you will design, install, test, and maintain systems, playing a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for clients and customers.
You will develop a solid understanding of global markets and finance, working in a dynamic environment that includes technologies like Windows, Unix, C++, Java, C#, NoSql, MongoDB, Linux, Python, Hadoop, scripting languages, grid computing, and real-time systems.

Who we are looking for
You should be able to code in at least one language, preferably hold a STEM degree (not essential), and have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2. A strong interest in technology, a drive to solve financial challenges, and ambition to innovate are desirable qualities.
