Job Responsibilities
Trial production and design
- Send, receive, manage, and edit customer data.
- Implement DRC (Design Rule Check) and handle system registration.
- Apply design FMEA based on DRC results, focusing on risk extraction and reduction activities, primarily through DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
- Implement DFM and manage customer responses.
- Create, manage, and secure customer approval for product specification drawings.
- Develop, update, and oversee design and manufacturing data, including CAE tasks for impedance control.
- Create tool data.
- Generate instructions and data for process checks.
- Define product specifications, set up process flows, and register systems.
- Summarize the establishment of manufacturing conditions.
- Review prototype development results with related divisions.
- Summarize quality confirmation outcomes.
- Facilitate the transfer of prototype production.
SOP, Operation
- Develop, standardize, and validate input and design guidelines.
- Establish and standardize operation flow procedures.
- Formulate and standardize compensation rules.
Roadmap
- Conduct surveys on customer and industry technology trends.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
Customer Response
- Serve as the primary contact for customer technical inquiries.
Infrastructure management
- Manage CAD/CAM/CAE tools, including liaising with toolmakers for defect resolution and handling contractual matters.
- Oversee design machines, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary processing power and maintained in optimal working conditions.
- Administer design servers, including account management and security support.
- Handle server management for data transfer, including internal and external account management and security support.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.
Job Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Experience in semiconductor post-processing or design is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of semiconductors and customer requirements.
- Experience in creating CAD/CAM/CAE specifications and drawings for semiconductors and packages.
- Experience with measurement, analysis, and reliability assessment tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of the substrate manufacturing process is preferred.
