Position: Technology Development Manager – RFSOI

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Development Manager to lead innovation and process development in our RFSOI technology platform.
This role is pivotal in advancing RF front-end solutions for wireless communication, 5G, IoT, and satellite applications.
You will collaborate across engineering, product, and manufacturing teams to deliver cutting-edge RF SOI technologies that meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of RFSOI process technologies, including device architecture, substrate engineering, and RF performance tuning.
Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
Collaborate with design teams to co-optimize RF device performance and layout for high-volume manufacturing.
Drive yield improvement, reliability testing, and failure analysis for RFSOI products.
Interface with fab teams to scale new technologies from R&D to production.
Evaluate emerging materials, process modules, and device structures to enhance RF performance.
Manage cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers.
Present technical updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in RF semiconductor technology development, with a strong focus on SOI platforms.
Deep understanding of RF device physics, modeling, and characterization (e.g., S-parameters, NF, IP3, PAE).
Proven track record in developing and transferring RF technologies to high-volume manufacturing.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
