Description
As a key member of the Global Security team, you will: - Lead and conduct large-scale security and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Lead projects by setting priorities and measurable objectives, cross-functional dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, communication, implementation, and subsequent monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, the business, and external partners to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless execution.
- Drive issue resolution across all project areas, leveraging strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges.
- Provide strong project management leadership, guiding assigned resources and partners to achieve project deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Develop close working relationships with other Global Security managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project budgets effectively, including cost estimation, vendor payments, and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Oversee technical suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and Apple's standards.
- Develop and implement premier solutions that are fully integrated with Apple's Global Security standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical deliverables through meticulous review and attention to detail.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accessibility and adherence to established standards.
- Quickly adapt to new processes and technologies, demonstrating a proactive and self-directed approach to learning.
- Manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity, adhering to Apple's strict security protocols - Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders, creating clear and concise diagrams, schedules, and presentations to convey project information.
