Assist with pre-sales technology discussionsSupport FactSet clients as part of a 3rd tier escalated tech support teamTranslate client needs to effective engineering action itemsEducate clients and FactSet personnel on FactSet’s best-practicesCorrelate issues, then design enhancements to permanently remediateAct as the product developer for implementations, diagnostics, and utilitiesAssist with the creation of systems and processes to proactively identify and assist clients experiencing issuesDevelop and maintain detailed technical documentationOccasional travel to client sitesJob Requirements
