· Make outbound calls to prospective/existing customers
· Introduce products or services and explain their benefits
· Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times
· Update and manage call records and leads in the system
· Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
· Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads
· Schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary
· Provide feedback on customer interactions and potential leads
· Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· High school diploma or equivalent required
