Hourly Rate: $13 per hour
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Scope:
Contact potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information.
Use prepared scripts to maintain consistency and professionalism during calls.
Accurately document responses, feedback, or interest levels in a CRM or tracking system.
Respond to questions and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when needed.
Requirements:
Familiar with any CRM tools or resources.
Comfortable conducting high volume calls.
