Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote banking products such as cashline, balance transfer, and loans.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and eligibility criteria.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer queries and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum O Level qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, direct sales, preferably in a banking industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
