Overview
Temenos TAP Operations Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations of the Temenos TAP (Temenos Analytics Platform / TAP services) environment.
This role oversees day-to-day operations, monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of TAP-related processes, ensuring high availability and performance of the platform across business-critical functions.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in production support.
Act as IT service owner for TAP Applications.
Ensure production stability and drive all production issues to closure.
Handle incidents with the L2 Team and manage L2 resources (1 onsite and 2 offshore).
Experience in Production Support is important; TAP Development experience is a plus, but production support responsibilities are required.
Represent the Bank in Change Control meetings and act as a Gate Keeper to production.
Grant approvals to proceed with changes in production (data patches/downtime/fixes, etc.).
Liaise with users and other applications during incident times.
Experience with ITIL is beneficial.
