Job description

Job Scope
Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
Handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
Provision of administrative support to the department
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum NITEC or Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Preferably with prior admin and customer service experiences
On Job Training provided
Able to start work upon short notice
Able to commit for 3 months or 6 months and above
