Student Database:
- Student data entry.
- QC student profile data and remove duplicates and amend links to programmes.
Programme:
- Award data entry in programme based on agreement and chronological order of change and update programme status.
- Update the programme data cleaning excel to the DMS (Data Management System).
Donor Accounts:
- Attach proposals, Due Diligence Reports, other reports to the prospect's functions in DMS - transfer information from Division folder to DMS.
- Identify duplicates (inform and I will merge the accounts).
Pledges:
- Attach communications in DMS under pledges relevant to awarding, quantum and change of conditions over the years in chronological orders.
- Attach any missing Tax-Deductible Receipts from past donations for accurate updates.
- Attach any missing Disbursement Request Letters (DRLs), thank you letters for accurate updates.
Division Folder:
Clean Division Folder miscellaneous archives by identifying the documents and placing them in the correct donor and chronological order.
Internal work-in-progress:
- Assist in establishing internal WIP and build up robust SOP – for tranches tracking, endowed budget loadings, etc.
Requirements:
- Comfortable in performing data entering, data cleansing duties for large datasets & legacy data.
- Meticulous, IT-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Good skills in using advanced MS Excel functions.
- Able to deal with complex / incomplete documents, good process-orientation skills to support in establishing the improvement of data management SOPs.
- Able to commit to a short-term 3-month assignment.
