Overview
What the role is:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented executive to support the GDO (ASG)'s team in administrative, operational, and event logistics tasks.
HSA Outram, Group Director’s office (ASG)
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including document management, records maintenance, procurement research through GEBIZ, inventory management, and routine office tasks
Assist in projects and exercise including document/photo digitisation and ASG SPO content design and migration (Q3 2025)
Coordinate with Lab Support Officers, laboratory staff, and vendors on daily operational matters
Perform data validation for monthly reports
Set up and manage hybrid, on-site, and online meetings
Provide logistical and operational support for office events including team building activities, townhalls, retreats, and training sessions
Handle other duties as assigned by the GDO office
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of MS Publisher is advantageous
Strong command of written and spoken English
Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven track record as a reliable and conscientious team player
