Job Description :
- Assist in administrative duties in HR department
- Arranging of on-boarding documentations
- Handling all administrative duties that are related to human resource
- Handling of exit process for termination, resignation or end of contract
- Monitor confirmation, contract renewal, practicing certificate renewal, insurance renewal and/or work pass renewal
- Arrange staff welfare gifts in occasions of birth, hospitalized and death
- Raise payment request for vendors
Job Requirement :
- Min local Diploma in human resource or business related courses
- 1 year of relevant experience / no exp but with related field of study are welcome
- Comfortable with fast pace environment
