We are looking for a Temporary Assistant in the HR Department to organise and pack personnel files (p-files).

The successful candidates will support the HR operations by ensuring all physical employee records are systematically sorted, securely packed, and accurately labelled for storage or transfer.

This role is critical to maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of HR documentation.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Sorting and organizing the p-files
  • Flipping through the files, categorizing and recording the documents
  • Handle documents with strict confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Filing documents into cabinets in an orderly manner
  • Packing and housekeeping of files for HR office move and offsite storage
  • Ensure proper labelling and tagging of all documents and boxes for easy identification
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all files, documents and storage boxes
  • Assist with physical tasks, including lifting and organizing files and cartons during the relocation process
  • Any other duties assigned by the department

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Team player, good communication and time management

Working Hours:

Mon - Thur: 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm

Contract Period: Till 31 Jan 2026
