Job Scope:
Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding
Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documentation.
Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process or general HR-related matters.
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
Contribute to the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR-related processes.
Event Management and Design of Publicity Materials
Assist in designing internal communications materials such as EDMs and posters using Canva and other graphic design tools to promote Ministry initiatives and programmes.
Provide support for event planning and logistics, including Ministry events such as the National Day Investiture Ceremony.
Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
Requirements
Prior HR experience
Stakeholders (internal and external) management.
Proficient in MS Office.
At least a diploma certificate or above
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 0830hrs- 1800hrs, Friday: 0830hrs – 1730hrs
