Temp/ Perm Recruiter (outsourced, in house, Min A Levels, Training Provided, Coordinator) #HDC
Responsibilities:
- You will provide HR Admin support for various HR services in Recruitment, Confirmation, Contract Renewal, Resignation and Total Performance Management.
Your roles and duties will include but are not limited to: - Arrangement of interviews, placement of job advertisements, preparation of letter of appointments, reference checks, verification of documents, updating of records in SAP, staff passes and filing.
- Manage application/renewal/cancellation of Passes.
- Prepare documents for ad-hoc payments, process invoices, intern’s allowances.
- Following up on processes on staff’s confirmation, contract renewal, resignation and salary review exercises.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Min A Levels / Diploma / Degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
- No experience needed, full training provided.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Meticulous, with good organisation and multitasking skills.
