Temp Staff for MSD - Customer Service Counter
Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd – Marina South
- Support the counter and concierge duties
- Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM Performance Reports
- Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship grant application etc) including creating of CRM cases and update daily appointment list.
- Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, appointment confirmation via outbound call)
Period: 3 months contract (renewable)
Location: One Marina Boulevard
Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am-6pm
Up to $15/hour
