Offered Salary :
S$2,580 to S$2,800 per month
Requirements :
Fresh Diploma graduate / Diploma holder with 2-3 years’ experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience in supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Candidates who are available immediately is an advantage
Job Description
Reporting to the Project Director, the temporary admin staff supports the Project Management Office's (PMO) administrative and operational functions for the ESS project.
This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and adherence to project standards to achieve objectives, providing the following support:
Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
Provide administrative support for procurement activities, such as raising purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking procurement status
Assist in the set-up and maintenance of a conducive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation
Maintain and update project documentation and records in accordance with PMO standards
Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to support operational continuity
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the project team as required
