Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving all digital marketing activities for our MBA programmes, working closely and effectively with internal teams and external vendors to guide, assess and brief on digital marketing needs, and plan and execute all relevant activities.

This role reports to the Head, Marketing & Admissions.

The key objectives of our digital marketing activities are:
1.

To communicate our programmes' value propositions and offering, in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
2.

To build and strengthen awareness of our programmes across multiple target audiences and markets.
3.

To optimise the performance of all our owned, paid & earned digital channels, including but not limited to web, social, email, events, across lead generation, nurturing and conversion stages.

The scope includes:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, email marketing, event marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain high performing programme websites, manage ad-hoc updates to the websites, create and maintain landing pages to optimise for lead generation
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, including planning and execution of content strategy and calendar
  • Plan and produce in-house digital creative assets, including but not limited to social videos, social posts, eDMs (on Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and e-flyers
  • Work with external vendors, where necessary, to produce professional-level creative assets including photography, video production and print collaterals
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Identify and evaluate new and emerging platforms and tools for adoption

Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in strategising, managing, executing and reporting on digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in producing in-house creative assets using design, video & photo editing software (e.g. Adobe, Canva)
  • Experience in designing and creation of eDMs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush)
  • Knowledge and experience in planning and executing website projects, and managing CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook & Instagram)
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven collaboration and team management skills
